WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unworn items are accepted for store credit or exchange ONLY if returned within 7 days of purchase. All returns MUST be accompanied by tags (still attached) and sales receipt.
This return policy does NOT apply to items that show signs of wear.
There are no returns on swimwear, underwear and sale items.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We are currently working to offer gift cards and hope to have them available very soon.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept payments via Paypal and online bank transfer.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
We stock items for premature babies, up to size 14.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
Please allow one business day for processing time. Orders placed before 5pm, Monday - Friday are available for collection or delivery on the following business day.
DO YOU OPEN ON WEEKENDS?
As we are an online store, customers are able to place orders 7 days a week. However, orders placed after 5pm on Saturday as well as orders placed on Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.
WHAT IF I WANT TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
We allow customers the option to collect orders. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
CAN I TRY ITEMS BEFORE MAKING MY PURCHASE?
As with any online purchase, customers are unable to try items before purchasing. However, we can assure you that all items listed on our website are inspected for quality before being made available. If sizing is an issue we are happy to exchange (unworn) ill-fitting items for the correct size.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?
Delivery throughout the City of Hamilton is available, and we also offer free delivery island wide with a minimum purchase amount of $50.
